Welcome to our seamless shipping and tracking experience! Your order will be shipped worldwide using international certified mail, ensuring a secure and reliable delivery process. Keep tabs on your package every step of the way with our tracking system. No need for expedited shipping – we prioritize your satisfaction and peace of mind.
We ship worldwide accepts for a few countries like Ucrania, Russia, North Corea and some Islands.
No, expedited shipping (DHL, FEDEX,ETC...) from Spain to any other country in the world is extremely expensive (over 50€)
We ship by international certified mail. This shipping comes with a tracking number
We have a flat fee for shipping. Domestic shipping is 6.50 and international shipping between 5.50€ - 9.50€
This is impossible to predict. The shipping and delivery time depends on your countries customs procedures and the time it takes for your postal services to deliver. This can be anywhere between 1 - 4 weeks, depending on where you live
Contact inmediatly your local postal office. If you were not present when they tried to deliver, they will keep the package in the office for max.14 days after which it is send back to us. They should have left a notification but it is our experience that they forget to do this many times. Contacting us about the situation of your package will not help because we have the same information you have.
If your package was stolen, you should obviously report that to the police. You send us a copy of the police report and we will send you a new package. The powers on the items your ordered in the first package will be inverted
Unfortunately, this can happen. If this is the case, you should contact us and we will file a claim with the postal services and send you a new package as soon as possible. The powers on the items in the first package will be inverted
This is a bit tricky. WE had a few customers trying to pull that on us to get free stuff so we are very cautious about it. First thing to do, if the packages arrives and you see that it was opened, take a picture and send it to us if you see that nothing is inside. First thing we will do is invert the powers of the item(s) we send you and after that we will prepare a new shipment
This is normal. Tracking stops when the package leaves Spain and must be updated by your countries local postal services once they take over from customs. However in several countries the postal services are not doing that and your package will be delivered before the tracking is updated. Don't contact us about this because there is nothing we can do about it. We have the same information you have and we can only claim after 4 weeks
A tracking link is send for each physical item. If you ordered a digital product, you can find the download in your shop account. Make sure to check your contact email you provided in your account and your spam folder
